Idaho filmmaker Jim Norton follows the Pacific Northwest salmon run from the Columbia River Basin into the heart of Idaho to examine the difficulties the fish faces as it tries to establish the next generation. The film examines expensive projects that seek to preserve the species and where they are failing. Two Idahoans are featured in the film: Greg Servvheen, Idaho Fish and Game biologist, and Jerry Myers, Upper Salmon project manager for Trout Unlimited.G
