Travelscope  "Rwanda - Among The Gorillas"  Joseph follows in the footsteps of Dian Fossey when he treks into the mountain forest of the Parc National des Volcans. Within sight of the five Virunga Range volcanoes he travels in search of Rwanda's endangered mountain gorillas and golden monkeys. As with every Travelscope adventure, the journey includes cultural experiences in a local church, living museum, market, primary school and health clinic. D

Ask This Old House  "Replacing a Corroded Fitting on a Water Heater; Installing a Vented Range Kitchen Hood"  Plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey helps a homeowner replace a corroded fitting on his water heater. Then Richard, along with host Kevin O'Connor, landscape contractor Roger Cook and general contractor Tom Silva ask "what is it?" Afterward, Tom helps a homeowner install a vented range hood in her kitchen. D

Katie Brown Workshop  "Regional Garden"  In this "best-of" episode, host Katie Brown celebrates the diverse tastes of the world. In the Kitchen: French onion soup, Greek-style stuffed eggplant and Jamaican jerk chicken with citrus salsa. Projects: Planting a regional vegetable and herb garden and making creative garden stakes to mark the rows. D

Fons & Porter's Love of Quilting  "Quilts with a Twist"  Fons and Porter demonstrate how to cut and stitch fabric to give the illusion of looking at a scene through a window. D

Donna Dewberry Show  "Stunning Sunflowers"  Learn all the basic One Stroke techniques to create this all American favorite flower adorned with ribbons. Donna also shares important tips for creating original designs. D

Cook's Country from America's Test Kitchen  "Northern Cookout"  Bridget Lancaster shows host Christopher Kimball how to make a state fair classic, cornell Barbecued chicken, and serves it with a side of Syracuse salt Potatoes. next, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Chris to a tasting of bottled barbecue sauce. Finally, Julia Collin Davison brings a Midwest favorite home and uncovers the secrets to making perfect Jucy Lucy Burgers. D
