In Perth, Western Australia, Queen Elizabeth is on tour before opening the Heads of Government Meeting, which is especially important for the monarchy. The Commonwealth countries are being asked to change the rules of succession so that a first-born girl may inherit the crown. Part 4 of 4G

Mister Rogers' Neighborhood  "Environment"  It takes the cooperation of many people, but the Neighborhood of Make-Believe's garbage problem is solved through recycling. D

Curious George  "Follow That Boat/Windmill Monkey"  Follow That Boat - Steve needs an A to pass his history class and his model papyrus boat is sure to make the grade. George helps him test the boat in Endless Park's pond, but a sudden rainstorm sweeps it down the sewer grate! While searching for the boat, Steve and George learn that debris from the street ends up in the ocean. Will they ever find Steve's little boat in the big ocean or will he be taking history again next year? Educational Objective: To recognize that waste needs to be disposed of properly to prevent unnecessary harm to the environment. D

Wild Kratts  "Polar Bears Don't Dance"  While in the Arctic, Martin and Chris are on a mission to discover how animals move around in different environments. Their new knowledge comes in handy when they discover that Zach Varmitech has kidnapped a Walrus calf and a Polar bear cub. The Wild Kratts team must do what it takes to return the baby animals to their mothers. D

Peep and the Big Wide World/Pocoyo  "Trading Places/House of Sand and Frog/Pocoyo - Pocoyo Dance"  Peep falls asleep one lazy afternoon and dreams that he's a butterfly, Chirp's a duck, Newton's a squirrel and Quack's a turtle. Guess who's not happy with this arrangement? Chirp moves into a glorious sand castle she found on the beach. Of course, Quack immediately wants a castle of his own - only HIS must be bigger and better than Chirp's. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Chasing Rainbows/Follow The Prints"  The kids are painting a picture of a rainbow but can't remember all the colors to use. Luckily for them, Cat takes them to Color-ga-lore to meet King Kaleidoscope, an expert on rainbows! Nick and Sally are enjoying a backyard picnic when they discover their last strawberry has gone missing! Who could have taken it? Cat's friend Cluey Looey can help them!G

Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps  "Angelina and the Front Page/Angelina's Cheese Roll"  Angelina and the Front Page - Mr. Mouseling, who often takes photographs for the Mouseland Herald, is spending the day at Camembert Academy to do a story about the school's world dance program. Angelina gets to be his assistant! But as Angelina helps her dad take action photos of students dancing, they're constantly interrupted by Gracie, who is determined to be featured in every picture. Angelina gets increasingly frustrated, until she comes up with a great idea: getting Gracie involved behind the scenes. D

Bob the Builder  "Work, Rest and Play"  As Bob and the team build a drive-in cinema, cameras finally roll on Oscar Flicks' sea monster movie shot at Bobland Bay. Spud volunteers to be Oscar's directors assistant. The excitement of the film set proves a little distracting to Spud and soon he's causing all sorts of chaos. D

Franny's Feet  "Totem Trouble/Flight of Fancy"  Totem Trouble - On a reservation in Washington, Franny learns how totem poles tell a story. Flight of Fancy - Franny travels to Mexico, where she learns about migrating Monarch Butterflies. D

Thomas & Friends  "Clever Ideas"  Thomas' Tall Friend - Thomas is given the special job of delivering a giraffe to the Sodor Wildlife Centre. He is so excited about making friends with the giraffe that he doesn't go straight to the Wildlife Centre as instructed. Instead, Thomas collects leaves and fresh fruit from the other engines to give to the giraffe. D

Dialogue  "Kati Marton"  Marcia Franklin talks with author and former journalist Kati Marton. During the interview, taped at the 2011 Sun Valley Writers' Conference, Franklin talks with Marton about her experience researching her most recent work, Enemies of the People. The book chronicles Marton's search to learn more about her parents, who were imprisoned by the Hungarian government during the Cold War for their work as reporters for American news outlets.G

On Barrington Beach, homeowner Geoff Allen shows master carpenter Norm Abram and host Kevin O'Connor why they bought their 1925 modified cape - not for its 1950s and 1970s-era additions, but for the outstanding location. Inside, his wife, Michelle Forcier, shows Kevin that the kitchen has not been remodeled in decades, and how they hope to remove everything that is outdated and open up the new space to the beautiful water views.
