Nutrition
Nutrition is the science of food and its impact on the bodies of people and animals. Nutritionists also study how human behavior relates to what and how we eat. Can what you eat help you grow or make you sick? How do you find out if a food item is good for you? How can you use food labels to make better choices?
The guest scientists for "Nutrition" are:
- Ruth Schneider, Associate Professor of Nutrition, Idaho State University (Meridian)
- Colleen Fillmore, Director, Child Nutrition Program, Idaho State Department of Education
