Firoozeh DumasA relative newcomer to the writer's scene, Firoozeh Dumas is an Iranian immigrant who came to America after the Islamic revolution in Iran in 1979. The resulting book, Funny in Farsi, was eventually a best-seller. But it wasn't easy getting it published.
