Location: Boise, Idaho
Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time position is a senior level strategist, fundraiser and manager, responsible for oversight of all aspects of the development program. The Director of Development provides strategic leadership and public visibility for the development and implementation activities required to secure significant financial support from corporations, foundations, and private donors that reflects and addresses the ever-changing landscape of public media. The position entails significant interaction with the public and top-tier donors, and requires an ability to manage both people and operations in annual membership giving, capital campaigns, corporation and foundation giving, grants (private and federal), major giving, planned giving, and program sponsorship. Candidate must be an experienced development professional with a solid track record of personal successes in direct fundraising, managing campaigns, and managing/supervising staff.
